FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO WORKING SYSTEM

AI automation services.
Built around your scope.

From a defined workflow to private infrastructure, we design the engagement around the systems, people and outcomes involved. Understand the scope before committing to a build.

FROM ONE WORKFLOW TO A CONNECTED SYSTEM

Choose the scale.
Keep the scope clear.

These engagement examples sit within the delivery path. Start with an assessment to define the work. Build prices and support terms are confirmed in your written proposal; the implementation scopes below help explain what changes as complexity grows.

ONE WORKFLOW

Focused Workflow Build

Scoped proposal

One-time project · scope agreed after assessment

Improve one clearly defined process using automation, AI or analytics where useful.

What’s included

  • One agreed end-to-end workflow
  • Named integrations and acceptance criteria
  • Documented implementation and handover
  • Support and ownership responsibilities agreed before delivery

Best for: A specific bottleneck with a clear owner and measurable outcome.

CONNECTED WORKFLOWS

Connected Operations System

From $8,000

USD · scoped project · indicative

Connect related workflows so information can move between your teams and systems.

What’s included

  • Agreed workflows and system integrations
  • Shared data and reporting where included in scope
  • Review points and testing across the connected process
  • Documentation, training and operational handover as agreed

Best for: Multiple manual processes that need to operate as one system.

AFTER LAUNCH

Automation Support Partner

From $1,500 / month

USD · optional recurring service · indicative

Maintain and improve a live solution under a separate support agreement.

What’s included

  • Monitoring and maintenance for the agreed system
  • Issue triage within agreed support hours and response targets
  • Prioritized improvements within an agreed change allowance
  • Regular reviews and a named communication channel

Best for: A working solution that needs ongoing care. The initial build is priced separately.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT IMPLEMENTATION SCOPE

The scope sets the path.
The work sets the investment.

These four implementation scopes help frame the conversation. They are starting points, not fixed packages. Your written proposal confirms the deliverables, costs, dependencies and delivery plan.

01 / DEFINED SCOPE

Proposal-based

Price and delivery plan agreed after scoping.

Defined Automation Build

A clearly bounded workflow with known inputs, outputs and owners. A practical starting point when the problem and integration path are understood.

  • An agreed workflow and acceptance criteria
  • Configured connections to named systems
  • Human review and exception handling
  • Testing, documentation and handover

02 / CUSTOM WORKFLOW

Proposal-based

Integration complexity and assurance determine scope.

Focused Custom Automation

A tailored solution for a focused operational problem, with custom logic and multiple connected steps.

  • Workflow mapping and custom implementation
  • Data preparation and agreed integrations
  • AI evaluation and approval controls
  • Deployment support and team handover

03 / CONNECTED OPERATIONS

Proposal-based

Phased delivery and operating responsibilities agreed.

Operations Automation

Connected workflows across teams and systems, designed to improve a broader business operation.

  • Cross-team workflow and dependency mapping
  • Multiple systems and coordinated data flows
  • Operational monitoring and escalation design
  • Staged rollout and acceptance testing

04 / ADVANCED REQUIREMENTS

Custom proposal

Architecture, assurance and delivery commitments scoped individually.

Business-Critical / Private Infrastructure

For sensitive workloads, private deployments or operations with elevated availability, access and assurance requirements.

  • Private infrastructure and deployment planning
  • Access controls and security review
  • Resilience, evaluation and recovery planning
  • Defined operational ownership and support scope

WHAT CHANGES BETWEEN SCOPES

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Clear deliverables.
Clear responsibilities.

An engagement should leave you with a working, understood solution. We agree the acceptance criteria, integration boundaries and ownership before implementation.

ALIGNMENT

A written scope

Deliverables, dependencies, assumptions and acceptance criteria documented before the build.

DELIVERY

Implementation & validation

The agreed build, integration work and testing, with review points for your team.

OWNERSHIP

A practical handover

Agreed documentation, training and operational responsibilities so your team knows what happens next.

SCOPE BOUNDARIES

No hidden assumptions.

Third-party licences, model usage, hosting, additional integrations, compliance certification and ongoing support are not automatically included. Your proposal identifies these costs and responsibilities. Work outside the agreed scope is reviewed before proceeding.

MANAGED OPERATIONS

After launch,
keep the solution useful.

Managed service can cover monitoring, maintenance, evaluation and agreed workflow improvements. The support hours, response expectations, reporting and commercial terms are defined separately. A project build does not automatically include an ongoing support commitment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The details,
answered.

A few useful answers before we explore your workflow.

What is included in an AI automation project?

The agreed workflow design, implementation, integrations, evaluation and handover. A written scope lists the deliverables and exclusions, so both teams understand what will be delivered.

How are projects scoped and priced?

We assess the workflow, systems, data readiness, integration effort and assurance requirements. The proposal sets the investment and commercial terms. The scopes above guide the discussion and are not fixed-price packages.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on scope, access, data readiness and review requirements. We agree a delivery plan and dependencies after assessment rather than promise a fixed timeline before understanding the work.

Can we deploy AI privately?

Yes, private deployment can be assessed for on-premises or controlled cloud environments. Model choice, infrastructure, permissions, operational ownership and security requirements need to be agreed for your workload.

What happens after deployment?

We provide the handover included in your scope. If ongoing support is needed, a separate managed-service agreement defines monitoring, maintenance, support expectations and improvements.

How are data security and integrations handled?

We map the required data flows and use the access needed for the agreed work. Authentication, secrets, permissions, human approval and security requirements are assessed during scoping. Specific certifications or compliance obligations require explicit review.
