Are these final prices?
No. The current figures are indicative starting values for review. Your written proposal confirms the price, currency, taxes where applicable, deliverables, timeline and payment terms.
Are software and hosting included?
Inclusions depend on your proposal. Third-party subscriptions, cloud hosting, AI model usage and ongoing support will be identified so you can understand both delivery and running costs.
Can you work with our existing systems?
We assess your current tools, APIs, data access and security constraints before recommending an approach. Integration feasibility and any required changes are part of scoping.
Does the calculator guarantee savings?
No. It illustrates the value of time potentially freed under your assumptions. Adoption, process design and operating costs affect realized benefits. Time saved does not automatically reduce payroll or other cash expenses.
