Briefly describe your interaction with us so we can locate the relevant records. You can use the email button below to start your message.

Please include your name, the email address used to contact us and an approximate date or description of the interaction. Where possible, send your request from that same address.

Do not attach passwords, full identity documents or confidential datasets to your initial message. If we need further information to verify your request, we will explain what is needed.

We may request proportionate additional information to verify identity or authority before disclosing or changing personal information. If your information is controlled by one of our clients, the request may need to be addressed to that organization, with our assistance where appropriate.

A request is reviewed rather than automatically deleting all records. Applicable law may permit or require retention for legal obligations, contractual matters, security, disputes or other exceptions. We will explain relevant limitations when responding. Publicly available material or ordinary backups may require separate handling.

We review requests under the law that applies to the information and the circumstances. We may contact you to clarify the request, verify your identity or explain any relevant limitations.
